AAA Inc does not verify the ownership and licensing of the artists’ and authors’ works and does not warrant and represent that works displayed on the Website is as represented by AAA Inc Artists. You agree that AAA Inc will not be held liable by you and/or those under your control for any misrepresentation or copyright violation by AAA Inc Artists.

Certain marks used on the Website are registered trademarks or service marks of AAA Inc and AAA Inc Artists. If you are a AAA Inc Artist, you are responsible for maintaining the security, privacy, and confidentiality of your account, website, network, computer, software, data, and information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password, on your website, network, computer, and software, and with your data and information. AAA Inc reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion.
